The Scarborough, University of Hull is located on a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Scarborough, with the Moors to the North and rugged coastline to the East.
The Scarborough, University of Hull offers various degree programmes spanning a range of disciplines in Arts, Humanities, Education, Business, Science, and Technology. The Scarborough campus offers a range of contemporary and well-established traditional disciplines for degree study at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The courses offered are a mix of theory and application and are strong in practical and fieldwork.
The Scarborough, University of Hull also offers a Free Elective Scheme that gives the students an opportunity to study a subject outside of the main discipline. Again, many of the full-time Bachelor’s degrees offered by the college can also be studied on a part-time basis. Moreover, their Modular Framework allows as much flexibility as possible within each programme. The postgraduate degree programmes, offered by the college, provide the students an opportunity to study Master’s Degrees, and the various Research programmes can lead them to MSc, MPhil, and PhD degrees.
Students who are interested in returning to education can opt for the programmes offered by the Centre for the Lifelong Learning. These programmes will lead the students to a University Foundation Award. The University also offers a range of part-time courses, leading to Certificate, Diploma, or Degree awards.
