University of Greenwich, Greenwich, London, has a history dating back to 1890 when the country's second polytechnic was established. The institution operates from its three campuses located in Avery Hill, Greenwich, and Medway. It also has two centres; the Kings Hill Conference & Training Centre and the University Centre Folkestone.
