Bath Spa University, Bath, United Kingdom, can trace its history back to 1898 when the Bath Academy of Art was established. The university comprises of 8 schools of study;

The university operates from its four campuses Newton Park, Sion Hill, Somerset Place and Culverhay.
The university offers students a chance to conduct original and supervised research that can lead up to MPhil and PhD degrees which are awarded by the University of the West of England. These programs are available full as well as part-time. The institution's libraries offer students extensive materials to aid their research. Graduate certificates and diplomas are also offered in a variety of programs. Bachelor's as well as master's degree programs are also available.
